Refund and Return Policy
1. Overview
At Vaagai Naturals, we take great pride in offering high-quality natural and herbal products. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a fair and simple return and refund process.
2. Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vaagainaturals.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@vaagainaturals.com or calling 8300483664.
- Provide photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging for verification.
- We will replace the product at no additional cost or issue a full refund, as applicable.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, but you may request a return after delivery as per our policy.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened bottles or containers
Replacement Policy
- Eligibility: Free replacement will be provided if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Request Period: Replacement request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Processing Time: Replacement product will be Delivered within 5–7 business days after return pickup.
